Beyond the Harvest: The Logic of the Highland Longan

At the heart of our project in Chiang Rai is our Longan Farm. While our lab work focuses on the future of mycology, our land is rooted in the traditional cultivation of this ancient highland fruit.

Longan is more than just a seasonal harvest; it is a technical exercise in Functional Preservation. By drying our longan, we concentrate its natural polyphenols and vitamins, transforming a fresh crop into a year-round asset for health and energy. We apply the same discipline to our farm as we do to our sterile lab: clean processing, zero additives, and total transparency.

Our dried Longan will be available in the "Lana Food" section of the shop as we finalize this season’s cycle.
