High-altitude agriculture is governed by unique atmospheric laws. At 1,200m+ in the Chiang Rai Highlands, the pressure and humidity create a natural biological "Clean Room." This region is home to some of the world’s finest Arabica—a crop that represents the pinnacle of Thai agricultural independence.
We are integrating these specialty highland beans into our project not just for their world-class flavor, but as a testament to regional resilience. Our goal is to partner with local growers who share our "Sovereign" vision, fusing their high-altitude harvests with our technical mycology research. Provenance is the foundation of the environment we work in.
